Wild Seas, Secret Shores by Thomas P. Peschak
National Geographic Photographer Thomas Peschak’s unique collection of photographs will take you on a journey to explore some of the last pristine ocean environments on our planet. The exhibit shines an important spotlight onto a variety marine flagship species from sharks and sea turtles to manta rays and seabirds. The exhibit is the culmination of more than a decade of expeditions and assignments to dozens of locations across four continents. The photographs are as diverse as they are iconic, from astonishing scenes depicting rare shark behavior to uplifting glimpses of some of the planet’s last truly wild coral reefs. We can’t love or champion something we don’t know exists and Wild Seas, Secret Shores aims to peel back the ocean’s reflective surface and reveal the seas magic and splendor for all the experience. The Save Our Seas Foundation and the International League of Conservation Photographers are proud to support this exhibit as it aims to inspire conversations, change perceptions and galvanize fascination and support for the oceans.
